Delivery Policy
Stock Items are usually shipped same day or within 24 hours of Order Confirmation.
Non stocked pre-manufactured items are usually shipped within 5- 6 business days unless they are backordered from the manufacturer.
Custom Case Company is not responsible for any costs incurred by the customer due to shipment discrepancies. Orders should be inspected apon arrival to ensure the correct items have been received. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve any discrepancy as soon as possible.
We ship by the customer's requested level of service* and quote delivery dates provided by the shippers. As we have no control over the package once it leaves our premises we are not responsible for delays in delivery by shippers or freight carriers due to weather or for any other reason and offer no refunds due to such a delay.
*except in the event of free shipping unless special arrangements are made and agreed upon by said customer.
In the event an incorrect Address or postal code is given to us or we are not informed of an address change on a new order, a minimum $10.00 Service charge per package and a charge to cover the cost of delivering your order be will be applied to your credit card.
