What information do I need to supply for a free estimate ?


The more information you can supply us with the better. You can fax us a rough sketch of the items to be packaged, showing the length, width & height of each item (& approx. weight). You should also note any knobs or protrusions, switches or cables etc. You can also use our contact us directly.




How will you get my new case to me ?


We ship your order by UPS, Fedex, Canada Post or Local Freight Forwarders.



When can I expect delivery ?

Delivery times vary but stock items are usually shipped the same day so depending on your location delivery can take as little as 24 hours.

 


How do I determine the type of case I should be purchasing ?

The type of case you require can be determined by a number of factors such as weight requirements, conditions under which your equipment will be operating, the most common method (s) you will be shipping your equipment, who will be handling your equipment, the size, weight and sensitivity of the items you are packaging, and whether you want your case to simply protect your equipment while in transit or also be able to operate your equipment without removing it from the case. There are other factors to consider but these are the most important.

Once we have discussed the conditions under which your equipment will be operating along with your requirements, we can recommend the type or model of case that will best suit your needs.

If you are an International customer outside of Canada and the United States, you will be billed in your local currency. We also accept money orders, debit cards, interac transfers, Company checks, Company and Wire transfers (15.00 Wire transfer fee is applicable). 30 day credit is available with Authorized Purchase Orders on approval of Canadian and U.S. Company credit applications.
